A festival this large needs plenty of volunteers. In the months leading up to the festival, we'll need people to help with things like hanging posters, finding sponsors, handing out hot cards, and helping get the word out about the event. Once the festival is here, we'll need even more folks to do everything from poet wrangling to keeping our website informed of the latest news from all festival happenings. Volunteers will be rewarded not only with a warm, fuzzy feeling, but also free entry to certain events, depending on how many hours they volunteer; give us enough of your time, and we'll make sure anytime you're not working you can come and go to any event as you please.
